Job summary

Lunar is building the self-service analytical data platform, Hubble, in Copenhagen. As a Senior Data Platform Engineer you will join the Matrix squad, reporting to Jesper, and work on real-time data pipelines.

You\'ll own end-to-end platform projects, provision Terraform-backed cloud infra, and collaborate with analysts to turn data into value.

Qualifications

• Senior data engineering experience with platform ownership.
• Experience with stream processing using Flink, Spark, or similar.
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP) and architectural trade-offs.
• Programming in Golang, Scala, or Python with solid SQL.
• Ability to translate platform capabilities for analysts.

Responsibilities

• Build Flink streaming ingestion pipelines with modern streamhouse tech.
• Own end-to-end projects across data stack, from ingestion to warehouse.
• Ensure reliable daily operations of the data warehouse.
• Provision cloud infrastructure with Terraform and run services in Kubernetes.
• Support stakeholders with data requests and scalable workflows.
