Job summary

OrderYOYO is scaling its data platform to support executive reporting, payments, finance and analytics. You will own migration to a governed Microsoft Fabric platform, maintain reliable BI and semantic models, and lead data engineering delivery with AI-enabled automation.

You will mentor engineers, improve pipeline stability, and design robust data patterns for multi-region operations while ensuring governance and performance across reports.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in modern data warehousing or analytics engineering.
• Strong Fabric or Azure Synapse/Databricks with quick Fabric specialization.
• Expert SQL/T-SQL and Python or PySpark, with ELT/ETL experience.
• Power BI and DAX with semantic modelling and governance.
• Experience leading legacy-to-modern data platform migrations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft Fabric architecture across lakehouse, warehouse and semantic models.
• Drive migration from legacy tooling into a governed Fabric semantic layer.
• Own data pipelines across APIs, files, events and stores with monitoring and quality checks.
• Use AI to accelerate ETL/ELT development and reporting delivery.
• Design Power BI semantic models for leadership, finance and product reporting.
• Mentor engineers and analysts; translate business needs into delivery.
