Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare — pharma, biotech, CRO, medtech, or health IT.
• Strong domain credibility and ability to teach complex data & AI concepts to life-science audiences.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering technical training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Data & AI training programs for global life science clients
• Define and own the overall training strategy and capability-building roadmap for Data & AI
• Partner with executives to align learning initiatives with data transformation goals
• Architect multi-tier curricula across data engineering, ML, NLP, generative AI, and clinical analytics
• Own content lifecycle from needs analysis to localization and versioning
• Ensure KPI tracking and ROI measurement for training investments
• Mentor trainers and scale delivery globally
