Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Senior Engineer for Cybersecurity Testing to conduct advanced offensive security testing of embedded systems and connected products within our ISO 17025 CyberLAB. You will perform penetration testing, reverse engineering, and firmware analysis across devices used by customers worldwide.

In this role you will strengthen cybersecurity resilience throughout the product lifecycle, verify compliance with CRA and IEC 62443, and collaborate with development to refine security

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with penetration testing and embedded systems security.
• Experience with vulnerability analysis and cryptographic evaluations.
• Strong knowledge of IoT architectures and connected products.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards such as the Cyber Resilience Act and IEC 62443.

Responsibilities

• Perform penetration testing, reverse engineering, firmware analysis, and cryptographic evaluations on Grundfos embedded systems and connected products
• Assess security of product interfaces and communication technologies including Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, Modbus, JTAG, and proprietary wireless protocols
• Verify product compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards such as the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and IEC 62443
• Leverage AI‑driven tools and techniques to accelerate vulnerability research and contribute to innovative in‑house testing solutions
• Develop and maintain security testing procedures, tools, and methodologies within the accredited laboratory environment
• Collaborate with product development about procedure for security test
