Job summary

Alpha FMC is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to join our European team and be based in Copenhagen or other key cities. You will support financial institutions in implementing SimCorp technology to optimise their Target Operating Model.

Responsibilities include leading workstreams, guiding clients, translating requirements into robust solutions, and presenting clear recommendations to senior stakeholders. Travel across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, engineering, math, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in financial sector consulting.
• Experience implementing investment platforms (e.g., SimCorp, Aladdin).
• Proven track record delivering projects from inception to completion.
• Deep knowledge of asset management processes and instruments.
• Excellent English; other languages preferred.
• Strong operating-model design & requirements engineering.
• PM methodology skills and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong communication and relationship-building.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on value chain design and solution implementation.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to tailor solutions.
• Lead project workstreams to deliver high-quality, timely results.
