Job summary

Vestas Technology & Operations in Aarhus is seeking a Procurement Logistics professional to join the Construction Procurement team. You will coordinate vendor relationships, shape procurement strategies for renewable energy projects, and negotiate master agreements to secure favorable terms.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, optimize procurement processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to deliver on project timelines and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience: procurement experience in renewable energy, construction, or technical sectors.
• Industry knowledge: wind energy supply chains and contract execution.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with construction vendors, negotiating favorable terms and pricing agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service delivery
• Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's service and operational objectives, ensuring the timely availability of necessary services while minimizing costs and risks
• Contract Negotiation: Conduct contract negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and Master Agreements, while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
• Compliance and Risk Management: Keep current on regulatory requirements, maintain compliance, and address risks tied to vendor relationships and contractual obligations
• Process Optimiza tion: Continuously review and refine procurement workflows to enhance operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and uphold best practices.
