The LEGO Group seeks a Senior CAE Engineer – Advanced Engineering to deliver high-quality Computer Aided Engineering simulations that strengthen mould development and the engineering value chain. You will combine simulation expertise, data insights, and delivery to create outcomes that improve quality, consistency, and productivity across the LEGO value chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in a high-performing engineering environment.
• Delivered CAE simulations supporting engineering decisions.
• Applied analytical techniques to interpret data and translate findings.
• Structured root-cause analysis and practical solutions.
• Fluent written and spoken English in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver simulation requests with quality and timelines.
• Guide stakeholders on simulation capabilities and their impact.
• Improve moulding quality via simulation-driven recommendations and automation.
• Support standardisation of simulation processes and documentation.
• Partner with simulation specialists and stakeholders across value chain.
• Expand use of simulation tools through capability building.
