Bunker Holding in Aarhus seeks a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and developers for in-house systems supporting global commodity trading, risk management and financial operations.

You will map processes, data flows and system capabilities, turning needs into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria that drive value. Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize work, ensuring changes align with risk controls and operations.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Ability to translate complex needs into actionable deliverables.
• Experience in agile or Scrum-based product teams.
• Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand processes, pain points and goals from end users and stakeholders.
• Map and document business processes, data flows and system capabilities.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with the Product Owner to prioritize work based on value, risk and dependencies.
