Job summary

CardsAffinity, part of Tryg Group, is seeking a System Business Developer in Aarhus to translate business needs into practical IT solutions. You will work with stakeholders, partners, and developers to ensure high-quality deliveries and continuous improvement of our systems and processes.

You will combine business analysis, coordination, testing, and solution development support to increase speed and quality in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, requirements management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how systems support them.
• Professional experience from the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with testing and quality assurance activities.
• Knowledge of agile ways of working such as Scrum, Lean, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Translating business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
