Cookie Information is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to turn performance data into strategic guidance across Cookie Information, Piwik PRO, and Sheltr. You'll drive growth by turning internal metrics and market insights into actionable decisions.

You will work across marketing, product, and sales, partnering with executives and vendors to deliver insight-led recommendations. Fluency in English and strong BI tooling skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial and revenue intelligence experience.
• Strong B2B SaaS funnel & metrics knowledge (pipeline, conversion, CAC, CLV, churn).
• Experience with dashboarding and data architecture, including data integration.
• Experience in market and customer research, including competitor analysis.
• Ability to turn data into opportunities and actionable recommendations, not just reports.
• Stakeholder management with executives, vendors, and agencies.
• Proficiency in BI tools: Looker Studio, Data Studio, Tableau, HubSpot.
• Proven track record of insight-led recommendations with commercial impact.
• AI and automation expertise.
• Fluent English (C2).
