Connected Cars seeks a Senior Backend Developer to architect and build robust APIs, services, and databases. You will own code from development through production monitoring using Grafana and Google Cloud Monitoring.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and periodically communicate with external stakeholders to align on technical integrations and requirements. 5+ years of backend experience and ownership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend experience building scalable systems.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript with REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) handling large datasets in BigQuery.
• Able to communicate cross-functionally with external stakeholders.
• High autonomy, problem-solving, and willingness to mentor teammates.
• Passion for high-quality code, TDD, CI/CD.
