Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineer III for the LogScale Search team in Aarhus.

You will deliver scalable backend features, extend LogScale to meet growing ingest and query loads, and collaborate across global teams to drive high-quality outcomes. Join a distributed engineering culture that values autonomy, rigorous testing, and continuous improvement, with a hybrid on-site presence in Aarhus 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development with tradeoffs between short-term delivery and long-term goals.
• Proven broad technical leadership in products or services.
• Fluency in functional and object-oriented programming; ability to learn new languages quickly.
• Strong communication, collaboration and teamwork across global teams.
• Experience applying AI technologies to improve decision-making and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop the LogScale backend in Scala and scale ingestion and queries.
• Collaborate across teams to design, document, and deliver new solutions.
• Lead by example on customer focus and operational excellence.
• Review code, mentor peers, and contribute to internal docs and talks.
• Ensure high availability and monitor production features and dashboards.
