Job summary

AccuRanker is seeking a Senior Backend Developer for Data Collection and Infrastructure in Aarhus. You will scale the ingestion pipeline, add new search surfaces, and design storage and query paths for vast time-series data. You will own services end to end from design to production, balancing cost, latency, and reliability.

The role focuses on distributed systems, Linux production readiness, and observability, with a strong ownership mindset and a speed-leaning, quality-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of distributed systems, queues and backpressure.
• Comfort in Linux and production readiness, debugging, observability and reliability.
• Proactive ownership and initiative in solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Scale ingestion and collection pipelines to reduce cost and latency.
• Add new search surfaces and keep existing ones functional as they evolve.
• Design storage and query paths for large time-series data across stores.
• Own services end to end from design through deployment to production behavior.
