Job summary

Kantar is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the team behind LIFT ROI, our AI-powered Marketing Mix Modelling platform. Based in Copenhagen, you’ll work on Go backend services, with Node.js and Python alongside, delivering scalable features and contributing to an AI-driven roadmap.

You’ll collaborate across engineering, product and data science, with a strong focus on performance, security and code quality. Hybrid work with three days in the office is typical.

Qualifications

• Production-grade Go services experience.
• Strong API design and database performance know-how.
• Experience with AI tooling integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain backend services in Go with a focus on performance, security and scalability.
• Deliver new product features while addressing technical debt to keep the platform healthy.
• Design and evolve robust APIs and data models for integration across the LIFT ROI platform.
• Contribute to the AI-enabled roadmap, integrating LLM- and MCP-based tooling.
• Collaborate with engineers, product and data science through code reviews and architecture planning.
