Job summary

Relewise is seeking a hands-on engineer to evolve our core platform. You will drive features in the search and recommendation engine, lead coding teams, review AI-generated changes, and push for scalable, reliable systems. Collaboration with the Lead Engineer and CTO will shape technical roadmaps and tooling.

You bring deep production experience with C#/.NET, strong architecture skills, and a pragmatic approach to SOLID/KISS/YAGNI. English fluency is required; Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Deep practical production experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with software architecture and domain modelling, and you apply SOLID, KISS and YAGNI pragmatically.
• Owned and evolved a mature production backend with high throughput and low latency, staying close to the code.
• Experience with AI throughout the development process and ability to explain decisions clearly to the team.
• Fluent English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver features across the core search and recommendation engine, directing groups of coding agents as your own development team.
• Review code, both human-written and AI-generated, and join the small group of Last Defense reviewers who determine whether changes are ready for production.
• Improve performance, scalability and resilience using profiling and production evidence.
• Own your changes through deployment and maintenance; investigate incidents to find root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Work closely with the Lead Engineer and CTO on design and the technical roadmap, and improve shared tooling, documentation and AI workflows.
