You will own core architecture, design, and implementation, shaping engineering culture as an early member while collaborating on cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building scalable applications in complex domains.
• Product-minded with focus on why and how to build.
• Clean, pragmatic, and elegant code.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Comfortable wearing many hats from backend architecture to quick experiments.

Responsibilities

• Shaping Apylon’s core architecture and engineering culture as an early engineering team member.
• Building backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Creating intelligent systems turning payer contracts and billing rules into executable logic.
• Building automated feedback loops that improve financial outcomes for healthcare providers.
• Owning work end-to-end from design to deployment and monitoring.
