Job summary

Puzzel AS in Aarhus, Denmark, is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer for the Conversational Intelligence team. You will design, build and maintain scalable backend services powering our AI-driven CX products, and own critical integrations and APIs.

You will collaborate across product and engineering, influence architectural decisions, and explore new technologies to improve performance and developer experience. Flexible hybrid work with 3–4 days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations, APIs, distributed systems or data-heavy applications.
• Proficiency in C# and TypeScript.
• Fluent English in an international setting.
• Outspoken and comfortable contributing to open discussions within product teams and across functions.
• Product-minded, proactive and playing to win.
