Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design or project management.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing a team.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects and engineers to ensure successful project completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets for each project.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors to oversee construction and ensure quality workmanship.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Manage project budgets to maintain cost-effectiveness and high quality.
• Review drawings and designs for accuracy and feasibility.
• Provide guidance to junior architects for professional development.
