Job summary

Qualifications

As a Senior Architectural Manager you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and construction projects in our architecture firm in Roskilde Your main duties will include managing a team of architects and engineers developing project plans and budgets coordinating with clients and contractors and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects and engineers to ensure the successful completion of all projects
• Develop project plans timelines and budgets for each project
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for each project
• Collaborate with contractors to oversee the construction process and ensure quality workmanship
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes regulations and safety standards
• Manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards
• Review architectural drawings and designs for accuracy and feasibility
• Provide guidance and support to junior architects to facilitate their professional development within the firm

Requirements

The salary for this position is 1200$ per month
