Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE seeks a Senior Analyst in JOE Insights to translate raw data into sharp, commercially relevant insights for senior management. You will influence decisions from same store sales to launches and initiatives, reporting to the Head of BI within FP&A.

You will build and validate financial models, partner with FP&A, BI, and stakeholders, and drive analytical frameworks as the team scales globally.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in finance, strategy, or FP&A
• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar quantitative field
• Strong analytical depth with a commercially minded approach
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; SQL/BI experience a plus
• Excellent communication; fluent English; Copenhagen base or daily commute

Responsibilities

• Build detailed, high-quality insights for senior management.
• Own financial modelling and analytics related to growth journeys.
• Collaborate with FP&A, BI, and stakeholders to answer priority questions.
• Use SQL, BI tools to pull, shape, and validate data behind insights.
• Challenge numbers before leadership; ensure accuracy and defensibility.
