JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a Senior Analyst in JOE Insights (FP&A) to turn raw data into commercially relevant insights for senior management. You will report to the Head of BI and influence decisions from same store sales performance to new launches and growth initiatives.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in finance-related roles (IB, advisory, strategy, FP&A).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical depth with a genuinely commercial mindset.
• Proficient PowerPoint and Excel; SQL and BI experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; based in Copenhagen or willing to commute daily.

Responsabilidades

• Build detailed, high quality insights pieces for senior management, turning data into clear commercial narratives.
• Own and support financial modelling and analytics for JOE's growth journey.
• Partner with FP&A, BI, and business stakeholders to answer priority questions with structured analysis.
• Work with SQL, BI, and AI tools to pull, shape, and validate data behind insights.
• Challenge and sanity check numbers before they reach leadership, ensuring accuracy.
• Conduct competitor and macroeconomic analysis, tracking input price developments.
• Turn open ended questions into structured analyses with a clear business POV.
• Build analytical frameworks and templates for faster, sharper future insights.
