Joe & The Juice is seeking a Store Manager to run daily operations and lead a busy, high-energy store while delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will drive sales, oversee stock, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the store.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will recruit, train, and engage staff, plan shifts, manage budgets, and push for EBITDA growth while upholding our virtues and culture.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in being part of a team of +25 employees.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to become a people-centric leader.

Responsabilidades

• Virtue-Based Leadership: lead your team in alignment with company values and standards.
• Recruitment: oversee recruitment, pre-boarding, and onboarding of team members.
• Employee Engagement: develop plans and training to boost engagement scores.
• Guest Experience: ensure a guest-first approach and strong guest relations.
• Operational Requirements: maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
• Shift Planning and Structures: create optimal shift plans and manage time and budgets.
• Stock Handling: own stock counting and ordering to control waste.
• Performance Management: drive sales and optimize EBITDA to meet KPI targets.
