Job summary

VENZO is seeking a Senior AI Process Consultant to lead complex transformation projects, redesign processes, and realize value from AI. You will identify AI opportunities, translate analyses into actionable recommendations, design future-state processes, and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders across business and IT.

As a trusted advisor, you will shape transformation programmes, guide commercial discussions, scope initiatives, and mentor colleagues while advancing VENZO's Process & AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process management, optimization, or transformation.
• Experience with process analytics and data-driven transformation.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or related field.
• Lean, Six Sigma or similar certifications are a plus.
• Experience analyzing processes within IT and other domains is relevant.

About the role

As a Senior AI Process Consultant, you will lead complex transformation initiatives that help organizations redesign processes, realize value from AI, and achieve their strategic goals with AI.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Leading end-to-end AI process transformation projects for our customers
• Identifying opportunities for AI, automation, and optimization using process data and process mining tools
• Translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations
• Designing future-state processes, operating models, and governance structures
• Facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders across business and IT

As a senior consultant, the role also includes:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to client leadership
• Leading commercial discussions and helping shape transformation programmes
• Scoping and planning complex process transformation initiatives
• Mentoring colleagues and contributing to our Process & AI Transformation offerings

Your background

We are looking for a consultant with experience driving process excellence and business transformation.

Experience and education

• 5+ years of experience within process management, optimization, or transformation, preferably in the role as a consultant.
• Experience working with and process analytics
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement certifications are an advantage
• Preferably have experience analyzing processes within the IT domain, but other domain experience is also relevant
• Business Process Management and Process Design
• Process Optimization and Value Stream Analysis
• Process Mining and Process Intelligence
• Operating Model Design and Governance
• KPI frameworks and performance management
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management

You also understand how emerging AI technologies can transform business processes, including:

• Identifying AI use cases across business processes
• Leveraging AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to accelerate analysis and process improvements
• Using process mining platforms such as Celonis, Microsoft Process Mining, SAP Signavio, or equivalent tools
• Assessing AI opportunities, limitations, and value potential in real business environments
