Working closely with the CTO, you will help further build out the CoE and contribute to shaping the future AI platforms that support innovation and business value across STARK Group.Over the past years, AI has become an increasingly important part of our technology landscape. As we continue to mature our capabilities, we are looking for an experienced architect who can help establish the platform foundations, governance models, and technical standards needed to support scalable and responsible AI adoption across the Group.**Your Role and Impact**As a Senior AI Platform Architect, you will work at the intersection of architecture, platform design, and business enablement. You will collaborate closely with the CTO as well as product, engineering, and data teams across STARK Group to translate AI ambitions into practical architecture decisions, scalable platform capabilities, and sustainable ways of working. Some days your focus will be on architecture design and governance. Other days may involve reviewing solutions, mentoring teams, evaluating emerging technologies, or helping AI initiatives move successfully from prototype to production.In this role, you will:* Define scalable AI and LLM architecture patterns, platform principles, and integration approaches covering areas such as RAG, orchestration, context management, and enterprise connectivity.* Establish standards for governance, model lifecycle management, deployment, observability, responsible AI, and LLMOps.* Guide AI solutions from experimentation to production while balancing performance, scalability, cost, and risk.* Provide architectural guidance, technical leadership, and mentorship across AI initiatives while helping create alignment between business goals and technical possibilities.* Drive innovation, contribute to AI technology strategies and roadmaps, and act as a subject matter expert on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches.You will be successful in this role when teams across STARK Group have the architecture patterns, standards, and platform capabilities needed to build and operate AI solutions consistently and responsibly.
