As part of this journey, CarLo will become a critical platform supporting transport planning, execution, freight management, and logistics operations across multiple countries and business units.In this role, you will help configure, establish, and roll out CarLo across the Group, working closely with logistics stakeholders, country operations, implementation partners, and colleagues across Group IT. As the implementation progresses, the role will naturally evolve into long-term ownership of the platform, with responsibility for configuration, continuous improvement, and ensuring CarLo continues to support the evolving needs of the business.You will be part of STARK Group IT in Denmark, with the flexibility to be based either in our Frederiksberg (Copenhagen) or Viby J (Aarhus) office.**Your Role and Impact**As our new TMS Application & Configuration Manager, you will play a central role in establishing CarLo as STARK Group's common Transportation Management System across countries and business units.Working at the intersection of logistics, technology, and business transformation, you will help ensure that CarLo supports both local operational needs and the Group's ambition to standardise and modernise transport and logistics processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, country organisations, implementation partners, and Group IT to build a scalable platform that can support the business both today and in the future.The role offers a unique opportunity to follow CarLo from implementation and rollout into long-term ownership, where your focus will gradually evolve towards application management, continuous improvement, and governance of the Group platform.In this role, you will:* Support the implementation and rollout of CarLo across STARK Group, contributing to activities such as fit-gap analysis, process clarification, solution design, testing, onboarding, rollout preparation, go-live activities, and stabilisation.* Configure and maintain CarLo, including workflows, business rules, planning parameters, user roles, templates, and master data structures, while helping establish and govern the Group CarLo template.* Translate business and logistics requirements into scalable CarLo solutions, balancing local operational needs with Group-wide standards, long-term maintainability, and platform consistency.* Manage application changes and enhancements from assessment through testing and implementation, while coordinating releases, upgrades, and configuration deployments with business stakeholders, vendors, and partners.* Act as a key functional expert for CarLo, supporting country organisations, collaborating with implementation partners including Soloplan, and driving continuous improvements as the platform matures.You will be successful in this role when CarLo is implemented and operated in a structured and scalable way, stakeholders view the platform as a valuable business enabler, and new requirements are delivered without compromising the long-term integrity of the Group template.**Who We Are Looking For**We are looking for someone who understands both transportation processes and the applications that support them. You enjoy working closely with business stakeholders, translating requirements into practical solutions, and taking ownership of a platform throughout its lifecycle - from implementation and rollout to ongoing improvement and governance.To succeed in this role, you will likely bring:* Hands-on experience working with CarLo/Soloplan or another Transportation Management System, including configuration, implementation, application management, or functional ownership.* A strong understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes, including transport planning, execution, freight management, and how these processes are supported through TMS platforms.* Experience with implementing, rolling out, and continuously improving Transportation Management Systems across multiple business units, sites, or countries.* Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to work effectively with operational users, business owners, vendors, implementation partners, and IT colleagues.Just as importantly, you combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
