Job summary

Twoday invites anExperienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our Nordic AI team, building and operating ML and GenAI systems in production across cloud and on-prem environments. You will own code, tests, deployments, and monitoring, working alongside data engineers, data scientists, and software developers on some of the largest Data & AI initiatives in the Nordics.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI/ML engineering experience with models or AI services in production.
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals including tests, CI/CD, packaging.
• Working MLOps knowledge: training/inference pipelines, tracking, registries, deployment patterns, monitoring.
• Experience on Azure: Azure ML, Databricks or Fabric; AWS/GCP transfers accepted.
• Familiarity with IaC and containers; Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience productionising GenAI including RAG architectures and guardrails.
• Awareness of governance: GDPR, EU AI Act considerations, reproducibility and access control.
• Ability to explain builds to a customer's technical team without glossing trade-offs.
• Fluent Danish is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Build and productionise ML and GenAI solutions for customers, including data/training pipelines and model serving.
• Set up monitoring, alerting, and retraining to keep systems operational post go-live.
• Collaborate with customers' engineers and data teams through delivery and handover.
• Share knowledge via code reviews, internal sessions, and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
• Grow towards a lead role over time with company support.
