Job summary

Twoday seeks an experienced Lead AI/ML Architect to design and build production-grade ML and GenAI systems for our Nordic clients. You will own the ML platform layer, from pipelines to monitoring, and set engineering standards across the Danish team. You will mentor data scientists and engineers, engage with customers on technical strategy, and help scope AI initiatives.

Fluency in Danish is required. This role offers an opportunity to impact broad AI deployments within a leading transformation

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI/ML engineering experience with production models.
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals (version control, testing, packaging).
• Practical MLOps depth: pipelines, monitoring, retraining, and governance considerations.
• Azure, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric experience; AWS/GCP ok too.
• Fluent Danish – spoken and written is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and build of ML/GenAI systems from architecture to production.
• Own ML platform: pipelines, deployment automation, model lifecycle, monitoring.
• Set engineering standards: architectures, reusable components, code quality.
• Collaborate with customers to shape technical approach and translate requirements.
• Mentor data scientists and engineers and grow ML capability.
• Contribute to scoping and pre-sales for AI initiatives.
• Evaluate new tooling and models for production relevance.
• Act as local ambassador for global AI/ML offerings.
