Job summary

Better Collective in Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking an AI Engineer to build AI-driven workflows for our publishing business. You will collaborate with QA, product, editorial, and production teams to deliver proof-of-concept and scalable AI solutions across content, video, image, and data processing.

You’ll work with Python and TypeScript, leverage LLMs and API integrations, and develop end-to-end pipelines, with a focus on speed, reliability, and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, LLMs, and API integrations.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Ability to code, debug, integrate APIs, and design AI-powered workflows.
• Experience building and evaluating practical AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build, run, and evaluate POCs and MVPs for automated content workflows.
• Develop AI solutions using LLMs, APIs, orchestration frameworks, retrieval systems, and automation pipelines.
• Experiment with new tools, frameworks, models, and approaches.
• Translate business needs into reliable technical solutions with speed and measurable value.
