Job summary

Wrist in Denmark is seeking an AI Engineer to drive the adoption of AI agents across Group Digital. You will work hands-on with agentic AI frameworks, large language models, and automation tooling, turning experiments into embedded practice while maintaining a mindful eye on risk and security.

The role focuses on designing scalable AI solutions, collaborating across teams, and delivering practical AI capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations contexts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agent solutions across software delivery and business processes.
• Identify and prototype AI use cases with teams across Group Digital.
• Evaluate and introduce relevant AI tools, frameworks, and LLM integrations.
• Ensure responsible AI usage with a clear awareness of IT security, data privacy, and risk.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to scale AI-driven practices.
• Build agent workflows to support data migration to the new Dynamics 365 platform.
• Embed AI agents across the software development life-cycle from spec to release.
• Design and implement an evaluation framework to measure output reliability and accuracy.

As AI Engineer, you will play a centralrole in building our capability to use AI agents across all Group Digitaldeliveries and business processes. This spans a broad landscape - from platformimplementations and system integrations to software development, processautomation, and operational tooling.

A concrete ambition is to fundamentallychange how we approach our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operationsimplementation: moving away from traditional ERP migration practices andtowards agentic-supported design, configuration, and implementation.

You will work hands-on with agentic AIframeworks, large language models, and automation tooling - helping us turn AIfrom isolated experiments into embedded practice across Group Digital. The rolereports to our Head of AI & Data Excellence.
