JYSK is seeking a Security Specialist to manage vulnerability and configuration management at the Aarhus head office. The role focuses on maintaining VM operations and collaborating across IT and business teams to strengthen security across infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT-security with a solid grasp of security concepts and vulnerability management, and English fluency; Danish skills are a plus.

Security Specialist, Vulnerability & Configuration Management

We are looking for a Security Specialist with broad technical understanding and process minded approach to join our cybersecurity team at JYSK Head Office in Aarhus. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing our Vulnerability Management (VM) & configuration management as well as supporting security initiatives across our infrastructure. If you enjoy tackling complex security challenges and building scalable, secure systems this position is for you.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

Your primary responsibility is to maintain and develop our VM & configuration management operations. You will collaborate with infrastructure, application, and network teams, providing technical guidance on vulnerability remediation efforts, configuration best practices and more.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Communicating technical information with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Follow-up on remediation efforts
• Maintaining and improving the vulnerability management program
• Reviewing configurations for security weaknesses and providing remediation guidance
