Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Hillerød, Denmark, is seeking a Security Responsible to own the security setup within GL&D Warehouse Support and to act as the Security Champion. You will coordinate with Global Security, authorities, and internal stakeholders while collaborating with operators and team leads to ensure readiness and compliance for inspections.

You will present and defend security frameworks, manage Known Consignor requirements, and drive security awareness across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in disaster or risk management.
• Experience with physical security.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High flexibility and ability to set direction in a complex environment.
• Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Act as Global Security’s primary point of contact for the area and inform on major developments, incidents and crises.
• Drive and support security awareness activities among employees.
• Ensure Known Consignor requirements are met, including safety plan updates, training, and reporting breaches.
• Advise the management group on security matters.
• Support crisis management, event security and local security planning, including threat assessments and site reviews.
• Administer access processes via EBAR and PACS, including granting/removing access and tracking guest cards.
