Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Hilleroed, Denmark, is seeking a GMP Professional to join our Operational Support team and ensure quality and compliance across raw material warehouse operations. This role blends daily shop floor GMP support with Local Records Management, collaborating with warehouse colleagues to resolve issues and maintain compliant processes.

You will receive training to develop knowledge of GMP and GDP, start with 0–3 years of experience, and be supported as you grow into more responsible

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant scientific, pharmaceutical, technical or related discipline.
• 0–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Interest in quality, compliance and working within a regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and enjoy creating structure and keeping documentation organised.
• Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions after appropriate training.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate in Danish on the shop floor.
• GMP, GDP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily GMP and quality support to the warehouse.
• Own Local Records Management and maintain compliant documentation.
• Support shop floor when quality or compliance issues arise and work with operators to resolve issues.
• Handle deviations and batch stops and participate in resolutions.
• Prepare and handle change requests related to quality and compliance.
• Perform process confirmations and follow-up activities from deviations.
• Maintain and update SOPs and controlled documentation.
• Support audits and inspections and liaise with inspectors and authorities.
• Collaborate with QA and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and activities are completed right first time.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen compliance and improve processes.
• Contribute to cross-functional warehousing, raw materials, API and transportation projects.
