Job summary

Penneo, a Copenhagen-based digital trust company, is hiring a Security Engineer to own vulnerability management across our infrastructure, keep systems patched, and drive secure development practices close to the code and deployment.

As a QTSP, you’ll work with compliance teams and engineers to ensure controls remain verifiable and robust, guiding incident response and fostering a culture of secure-by-default while working from our Copenhagen office about three days a week.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on security engineering experience.
• Deep knowledge of CVEs, application security, and DoS attacks.
• Hands-on experience with SAST and DAST tools.
• Experience with secure development practices and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Own vulnerability management across our infrastructure and keep systems patched.
• Strengthen application security by working directly in code and secure development practices.
• Structure and automate security processes from evidence collection to reporting.
