Job summary

SecTeer in Copenhagen is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our customer-facing technical team in Copenhagen. You will take ownership of issues and work to resolve them, providing Level 1 and 2 support for VulnDetect and PatchPro.

This role emphasizes clear communication, documentation, and collaboration with development and product teams. Over time you may help with onboarding, implementation, and technical guidance for customers at our Copenhagen office.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT or technical support with a customer focus.
• Structured problem-solving approach.
• Good knowledge of Windows environments.
• Interest in cybersecurity and patch management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tickets simultaneously.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Willingness to work from Copenhagen office.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to SecTeer customers.
• Respond to support requests within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot issues related to VulnDetect and PatchPro solutions.
• Take ownership of customer cases from investigation through resolution or escalation.
• Reproduce, investigate, and document issues before escalation to development.
• Collaborate with developers and technical colleagues to resolve complex issues.
• Keep customers informed about status and progress of cases.
• Document solutions, known issues, and troubleshooting procedures to strengthen knowledge base.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate to product/development teams.
• Provide structured customer feedback to improve products and support processes.
• Help improve internal support procedures and workflows.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their environments.
• Develop knowledge of VulnDetect, PatchPro, and related technologies.
• Over time assist with onboarding, implementation, and product training.
• Identify retention risks or commercial opportunities and communicate internally.
