Unity is seeking a Senior Application Security Engineer to lead threat modeling, secure design reviews, and penetration testing across engine, editor, cloud services, and APIs. You will perform deep code reviews, build security automation, and extend AI-assisted tooling for continuous code review and testing.

Collaborate with engineering teams to remediate findings and secure Unity’s AI systems. You will work with global teams across US and EMEA, ensuring secure development practices,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in application security on large-scale systems.
• Solid understanding of secure coding and common vulnerability classes.
• Hands-on secure development experience across several languages.
• Experience with cloud security (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Root-cause analysis and remediation would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead threat modeling, secure design reviews, and pen tests for Unity products and services.
• Perform deep code reviews and manual testing on high-risk systems with AI-assisted reviews.
• Build and operate security automation and extend AI-assisted tooling for code review and testing.
• Secure Unity's AI and agentic systems and assess AI-native products for risks.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive remediation and secure defaults.
