Scope Extension Manager (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a Scope Extension Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our Product Management team in Copenhagen. The role starts as early as possible and ends on 31 December 2027.

Role Overview

You will report to the Head of Vendor Parts Satair Channel and play a central role in a highly competitive product line that drives sales across major platforms, including Airbus and Boeing. Your work will support strategic growth by translating data into actionable growth initiatives, identifying untapped market opportunities and onboarding suppliers to enhance Satair’s competitiveness.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify untapped business opportunities to expand the Vendor Parts portfolio by qualifying high‑potential suppliers and ensuring a continuous flow of new business into the pipeline.
• Orchestrate and monitor the implementation of new suppliers with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective suppliers, successfully navigating the initial partnership phase.

Travel

This role involves approximately 10 days of travel per year, mainly within Europe to visit suppliers, attend international fairs, and participate in internal workshops.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in International Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a B2B environment; a background in aviation is a significant advantage.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills to drive key decisions.
• Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable growth strategies.
• Excellent communication skills across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Comfortable juggling multiple topics simultaneously with several external and internal stakeholders.
• Positive, solution‑oriented attitude and enthusiastic team player.
• English language proficiency is required; additional languages are a welcome asset.
