Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the European service team, based at the Karlslunde (DK) sales office. You will be the main contact for external customers including key accounts and coordinate with internal teams to ensure fast orders and reliable communication.

You will advise customers on product ranges, handle calls and emails, and provide administrative support to the sales force in Scandinavia. This role reports to the local Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in commercial, customer-focused, international CS teams.
• Service minded with strong responsibility and accuracy.
• Initiative, teamwork and culture awareness.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for external customers and internal departments.
• Phone and email support, order entry and follow-up.
• Commercial and first-line technical support.
• Handle complaints (product and transport) and sales support.
• Demo stock transactions and ad hoc duties as assigned.
