Job summary
A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking a Software Engineer – Architecture & Infrastructure to support SAP infrastructure and platform components within the SAP Enablement team.
You will work with senior engineers on infrastructure engineering, automation, and platform support to build scalable SAP environments. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in software/infrastructure, basic SAP awareness, and a willingness to learn cloud, DevOps, and SAP architectures while collaborating across architecture,
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of software or infrastructure experience.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Familiarity with scripting (Python or Bash) and DevOps concepts.
- Willingness to learn SAP architecture and SAP platforms.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure & Platform Support: Assist in building and maintaining SAP infrastructure components across environments.
- Cloud & DevOps Enablement: Contribute to cloud deployments (Azure preferred) using IaC and support CI/CD pipelines.
- SAP Platform Operations: Assist in deployments, patching, and upgrades with SAP Basis teams.
- Architecture & Standards Adoption: Follow architecture patterns and document reusable infra components.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor, troubleshoot, and automate routine tasks for reliability.
- Collaboration & Learning: Work with Architecture, Infrastructure, SAP Basis and Engineering teams.
