Job summary
Zalaris in Denmark is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management Consultant to join the Danish AMS team. You will help maintain and enhance payroll services for BPO and cloud customers, collaborating with ZCC and IT Development to ensure compliant, reliable solutions.
You will work on system changes, configuration, and problem resolution, supporting both business validation and technical testing while aligning with Danish legislation and collective agreements.
Qualifications
- Several years of hands-on SAP HCM Payroll experience in Denmark.
- Experience with SAP HCM and preferably SAP Time Management.
- KMD Nettoløn experience is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of Danish payroll processes and legislation.
Responsibilities
- Support ZCC with SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, SAP Time Management, and KMD Nettoløn-related changes.
- Translate requirements into stable, effective system solutions.
- Configure, maintain, and optimise SAP HCM Payroll functionality.
- Investigate incidents and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Support BPO and cloud-related customer solutions through system expertise.
