Job summary

SAP HCM Payroll & Time Management Consultant in Denmark is needed to join our Danish AMS team. You will maintain and develop payroll-related solutions for BPO and cloud customers, working with ZCC and IT Development to implement changes and fixes.

Responsibilities include configuring SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, and KMD Nettoløn, translating requirements into solid system solutions, and ensuring compliance with Danish payroll regulations. English and Danish proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Several years of practical experience with SAP HCM Payroll in Denmark.
• Experience with SAP HCM and preferably SAP Time Management.
• Experience with KMD Nettoløn is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of Danish payroll processes and legislation.
• Experience with system changes, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Experience from AMS, managed services, payroll outsourcing, BPO, or a similar environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A structured approach and the ability to take ownership from requirement to completed solution.
• Ability to collaborate with ZCC, IT Development, and technical colleagues.
• Proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support ZCC with SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, SAP Time Management, and KMD Nettoløn-related changes.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into stable system solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and optimise SAP HCM Payroll functionality.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and propose sustainable fixes.
• Manage change requests from analysis through implementation.
• Collaborate with IT Development on technical solutions and fixes.
• Support testing and resolve defects identified during tests.
• Ensure solutions comply with Danish payroll legislation and business processes.
• Share knowledge and contribute to standardisation and continuous AMS improvement.
