Job summary

Vattenfall A/S seeks an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to design, implement, and maintain SAP IS-U solutions ensuring stability and compliance. You will contribute to QA and continuous improvement across Nordic units.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants and IT teams to translate requirements into robust ABAP solutions, leveraging ABAP OO, BADI, S/4 HANA modeling and related technologies. Proficiency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• In-depth SAP IS-U, ABAP OO, BADI, integration tech and S/4 HANA modeling knowledge.
• Strong ABAP performance tuning skills and debugging proficiency.
• Functional knowledge of SAP modules (IS-U, PM, SD, CRM) and CRM concepts.
• Knowledge of the Swedish Utility Market and English proficiency.

Customer Metering & Settlement Solutions, which is part of Customer IT that develops and operates specialized IT solutions based on SAP IS-U and SAP CRM supporting all Nordic business units in Vattenfall that have a customer relation.

About the position

As an SAP ABAP Developer you are responsible to provide expertise to ensure that stable and reliable solutions are designed, developed, implemented and maintained and you will contribute to quality assurance activities to meet business needs.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain continuous dialogue with business stakeholders
• Create technical solutions and be responsible for implementation of error corrections, small assignments and projects.
• Secure that implemented changes fulfill business needs and are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies / guidelines.
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants and other relevant IT departments

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role you need to have relevant developer skills and experience related to SAP IS-U, ABAP OO, BADI, Integration technologies, S/4 HANA-related modeling and development, ABAP Performance Tuning

Other knowledge that is nice to have:

• Technical knowledge in the areas of CRM, Webservices, Web Client development, Workflow
• Functional knowledge of relevant SAP modules (IS-U, PM, SD, CRM)
• Knowledge of the Swedish Utility Market

We believe that you have strong communicative skills and a creative and analytical mindset. You master English in both spoken and written format. You are always eager to learn more even though you already have in-depth ABAP knowledge. Finally you are a person who wants to develop colleagues by proactively coaching and supporting them.
