Job summary

PHILIPS is seeking a Sales Support Intern to assist the Health Systems Sales team in Denmark from our Copenhagen office. You will crunch data, support surveys, and assist in organizing leadership meetings and townhalls, preparing agendas and minutes.

You will also support KAM activities, analytics reporting, and AI-related tasks in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a second-year student in Business Administration or HA, fluent in Danish and English, and proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Currently a second-year student in Business Administration or HA.
• Fluent Danish and English.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and independent.
• Familiar with AI tools and its daily use.

Responsibilities

• Support customer surveys, crunch data, follow up with stakeholders and planned activities.
• Help organize Country Leadership team meetings and local Townhalls, preparing, sending invitations/agenda, taking minutes and following up on actions.
• Support on sales-related activities/support to Key Account Managers.
• Preparing market-related activities, statistics and data analytics reporting.
• Assisting in follow-up activities.
• AI activities and implementation.
• Opportunity to work on ad hoc tasks based on interests and needs.
