Job summary

FalCom, GN Store Nord A/S’s product line, seeks an Product Industrialization Manager to drive end-to-end manufacturing readiness for new products. You will collaborate across R&D, Operations, Quality, and external partners to ensure smooth ramp-ups and successful launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization throughout the NPI lifecycle, ensuring manufacturing readiness and smooth product ramp-up.
• Act as the key link between Development, Operations, Quality, and external partners to enable successful product launches.
• Drive DFx activities, optimizing manufacturability, testability, scalability, quality, cost and serviceability from early design stages.
• Definition and implementation of manufacturing and test concepts for assigned products, in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure production readiness, including documentation, build support, and continuous improvement.

Help us shape how FalCom's next generation of products move from concept to scalable production. As our new Product Industrialization Manager, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will ensure end-to-end industrialization readiness, connect R&D and Operations, and secure smooth, quality-focused ramp-ups.

You will join FalCom's Industrialization & NPI team working at the intersection of R&D, Product Management, Operations, Quality, and external manufacturing partners. We are a collaborative, solution-oriented team that values structured thinking, sound judgement, and a practical mindset to deliver quality outcomes at scale.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Lead industrialization throughout the NPI lifecycle, ensuring manufacturing readiness and smooth product ramp-up
• Act as the key link between Development, Operations, Quality, and external partners to enable successful product launches
• Drive DFx activities, optimizing manufacturability, testability, scalability, quality, cost, and serviceability from early design stages
