FreshStart UAE is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, lead a team of representatives, and align with marketing, product development and customer service to drive growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in creating and implementing effective sales strategies.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field.
