UrbanForm Developments in the Faroe Islands is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead our growing B2B sales operations. You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage a team of representatives, and drive revenue growth.

The role offers full-time employment with accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-Faroese candidates. You will coordinate with senior management, attend industry events, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field; MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the same or related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Faroese language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM software, e.g., Salesforce, is preferred.
