Job summary

Kellanova Denmark is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator (Assistant) to support the Danish Sales team and ensure high-quality execution. Based in Brøndby with 1-2 days of home work, you will help optimize processes and enable growth while acting as a link to international support functions.

You will collaborate with Key Account Managers and the Field Sales Manager to structure and optimize workflows, maintain materials, and assist with meetings and office operations.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Advanced MS Office skills and quick to learn new systems.
• SAP experience is a plus, not a must.
• GS1 experience is an advantage, not a must.
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Maintenance: Maintain and update vendor information in internal systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient processing of transactions.
• Promotions Coordination & Invoicing: Manage invoices accurately in the internal system, ensuring correct documentation and timely deduction on promotions.
• Material Maintenance & Updates: Maintain and update sales materials for Key Account Managers and Field Sales Manager, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Sales Meeting Support & Planning: Support sales meetings by preparing materials, contributing with input, and coordinating logistics.
• Office Maintenance: Support daily office operations and basic maintenance tasks to ensure a well-functioning workplace. Assist with coordinating cleaning, handling minor ad hoc issues, prioritize effectively.
