Universal Robots in Odense, Denmark, is seeking a Release Manager to own software release planning and coordination across robotics teams. You will manage PI execution, align content across firmware, controllers, and applications, and drive go/no-go decisions to ensure on-time, quality software ships to customers.

The role requires strong release management experience, documented ability to lead without authority, and hands-on work with Git, CI/CD tools, and modern software stacks.

Formación

• 5+ years in release management or related fields.
• Experience with Agile development teams.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, with build and changelog literacy.
• Fluent English and on-site in Odense, Denmark.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the release plan and PI execution; maintain release calendar and scope.
• Coordinate across the stack: align teams on content, dependencies, timelines.
• Run release reviews and go/no-go decisions; ensure release artifacts and docs are in place.
• Coordinate production deployment to robots; ensure software reaches customers.
• Lead configuration management: versioning, branching, tagging, baselines, traceability.
• Improve release processes and tooling; automate release flows.
• Communicate status to engineers, leadership, and customers; deliver release notes.
