Job summary

Lunar Denmark is seeking a Moonrise FCP Risk & Requirements Officer to join the team in Copenhagen or Aarhus. You will own the customer lifecycle for correspondent banking clients, performing rigorous due diligence and ensuring timely reviews throughout their lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with financial crime considerations, with a proactive, self-driven approach and the ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with careful attention to detail.
• Experience handling customer lifecycle tasks—onboarding and reviews—ideally in financial services.
• Proactive and self-driven with ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Comfortable applying financial crime expertise to complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for correspondent banking customers, including onboarding and event- and time-driven reviews.
• Carry out due diligence thoroughly and timely to avoid unnecessary lifecycle delays.
• Partner with colleagues across the lifecycle team and FCP Risk & Requirements to meet standards.
• Keep documentation clear and audit-ready to ensure decisions are traceable.
• Spot gaps in current processes and propose concrete improvements.
