Job summary

SteelAxis is seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Manager for our busy Esbjerg restaurant in Denmark. You will oversee daily operations, lead staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English (Danish preferred). We offer visa sponsorship and a complimentary flight ticket to Esbjerg.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment.
• Proven track record of managing a team and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate/train staff.
• Excellent English communication; Danish language skills preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, training, and scheduling.
• Create and maintain an inviting and efficient atmosphere for guests.
• Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and find effective solutions.
