Job summary

CooperSurgical, a leader in fertility and women’s health, seeks a Senior Global Product Manager, IVF Equipment. You’ll own portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, pricing, and competitive intelligence across global markets.

Collaborating with R&D, PMO, Regulatory, Quality, and commercial teams, you’ll drive launches, market access, and Voice-of-Customer programs while ensuring profitable growth. On-site in Denmark or US, fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in product management or global marketing in MedTech or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio strategy and lifecycle planning for IVF Equipment categories.
• Define user needs, business cases, and product requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Lead global launch strategy, go-to-market and sales enablement.
• Monitor portfolio performance including revenue and margins.
• Drive growth through lifecycle optimization and market expansion.
• Communicate strategy and risks to senior stakeholders.
